Job Description & Requirements:

• Able to use 2D&3D AutoCAD software and to draw A1 drawings.
• Able to create and store technical lifts drawings electronically.
• Familiar with construction projects.
• Good planning, leadership and problem solving skills is required.
• To visit the site to monitor the progress of the job, record achievements and report back to office.
• To hold meetings with owner, sub-contractors, architects, consultants and workers for the project.
• To write site progress report and email to all related parties.
• To oversees the project and handover the lift smoothly to the respective parties.
• To do the submissions and lodgement to the authorities.
• To do the administrative jobs such as customer service, administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Min. qualification level:

*Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering*

or

*Degree in Mechanical Engineering*

• Working Experience: At least 1 year in the respective field

Job Purpose:

1. To identify, implement and execute action plans which are aimed at achieving the strategic objectives of the Group.
2. To identify and engage new customers in green fields.
3. To gain entry to new markets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential and new greenfield opportunities that support Teckwah's Future Strategic Profile.
2. Assist in conducting and formulating comprehensive studies on business solutions for implementation.
3. Assist in pilot testing of business solutions with customers, potential partners, suppliers and internal business units and personnel.
4. Identify strategic leveraging opportunities within Teckwah Group in order to expand geographic footprints, and deepen business and relationships with target customers, and facilitate the realisation of identified potential.
5. Sell new solutions and cut deals.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or closely related field
2. At least 5 years in business development role is required for Managerial position
3. Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing insights to market and customer trends, market needs and possible 'winning' solutions to address identified opportunities and gaps
4. Self-driven, persistent, highly motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra miles
5. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality to seek out new contacts and build relationships and convert them into customers
