Service Management

• Oversee, report, and ensure the SLAs/KPIs of the systems under the System Family are met.
• Collaborate directly with clients (stakeholders, Operations Managers, and/or Contractors) for project delivery and maintenance support.

Incident Management

IT Security Management

Job Summary:

You will provide project management, operations and administrative support to projects in Division of Medicine. The projects include hospital-wide transformation, innovation and quality improvement initiatives across instituition's outpatient clinics, as well as the establishment of new clinical services ranging from services in the acute hospital setting to shared care models with primary and community partners.
