RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager / Senior Manager, Plans & HR Transformation drives MINDS' HR transformation and develops strategies for MINDS' Employer of Choice initiatives. The Manager / Senior Manager shall review salary structure, career schemes and benefits and performance management to build an agile and resilient workforce. The Manager / Senior Manager shall also review HR policies and processes to support development and growth of MINDS's workforce. The role also includes job redesign to meet new requirement, union negotiation and drive change management in the HR transformation journey.
This role designs, implements and communicates on career schemes, compensation structures and benefits programmes based on industry benchmarks and the total rewards philosophy of MINDS.
This role analyses market data, understand latest market trends, provide benefits-related analytics, and make recommendations based on analysis and in accordance with best practices. This role collaborates with HR Business Partners to ensure consistent implementation of career schemes and benefits programmes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and articulate impact of HR goals and initiatives on workforce, organisation and financial performance.
- Lead HR transformation programmes in pursuit of developmental, cultural and operational excellence in the delivery of HR services.
- Drive the implementation of MINDS' Employer of Choice framework in the areas of Organisation Culture & Organisation Value Proposition, Performance and Rewards and People Practice Excellence.
- Develop and implement performance management framework, policies and processes that are robust and objective.
- Plan and execute organisation-wide communications activities to communicate organisation-wide performance management system.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management system and its related communications efforts by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions.
- Conduct salary study to support recommendations on compensation structure that aligns to the industry range and meets the organisation's financial budget.
- Translate compensation structure through job analysis and evaluations, employee feedback and external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant for the business and is market competitive.
- Benchmark benefits with other comparable organisations.
- Design and implement benefits that would meet the needs of the workforce and within the approved budget.
- Apply data governance concepts and principles to identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking.
- Correlate financial and HR data to design HR metrics, identify causal relationships, analyse trends, develop forecasts and projections, and draw insights and foresights for decision-making.
- Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent.
OTHER INFORMATION
- At least 6-8 years relevant Strategic HR experience.
- Experience in a complex business environment and a good understanding of Compensation and Benefits system and processes.
- Team management skills with ability to coach, motivate and lead.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
