Job Description:

· Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication according to artwork specifications and incorporate feedback from the production team into artwork revisions.

· Conduct quality checks on final products to ensure compliance with client requirements.

· Coordinate projects to facilitate smooth implementation.

· Assist in the movement of materials/equipment to and from project sites.

· Maintain active communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback consolidation to achieve project objectives within contractual deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

· Adhere to safety and quality assurance procedures and standards.

· Cultivate positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals before project commencement, including testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.

· Manage project correspondence and documentation efficiently.

· Oversee site and office project management, including inspections, handovers, site measurements, and coordination among various departments (graphics, production, finance, logistics).

· Monitor site installations and report on work progress.

· Maintain and update project files and reports regularly.

· Perform other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

Job requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

· Minimum of 2 years working experience in signage or related industries.

· Competent with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

· Demonstrates a positive attitude, meticulousness, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up Project folder structure template as per Project Quality Plan (PQP) for all projects
• Monitor / Audit all projects for compliance with PQP
• Develop & maintain document control system for efficient document management
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as PMs / Engineers / Drafters for timely submission of documents
• Coordinate with suppliers & customers on documentation matters (as needed)
• Submit drawings / documents to customer as per agreed format & schedule
• Report out weekly / monthly document status for all projects
• Liaise with necessary stakeholders for Purchase Requisitions (PRs) & follow up with Procurement for Purchase Order (PO)
• Liaise with site team for confirming material receipt at sites
• Track all the PRs for timely PO & track all delivery from suppliers
• Assist / Prepare Request for Quote (RFQ) to suppliers and evaluate the suppliers for scope, cost, delivery etc.
• Assist / prepare Letter of Award (LOA) to Suppliers / Sub-contractors
• Submit necessary documents such as workers list etc. to maincontractor / customer to obtain BCA approval
• Assist in preparing & submission of monthly progress claims for all projects on-time in consultation with PMs, CMs & Finance
• Monitor Sub contractor monthly progress claim
• Publish monthly progress claim status for all projects
• Follow with customers for Progress Claim certification
• Assist PM in preparing Variation Orders
• Create & update daily / weekly / monthly manpower forecast vs manpower deployed for Projects
• Organise monthly project review meeting, take meeting minutes & follow up the action tracker
• Assist in preparing letters to the customers as needed
• Create & maintain Material Catalogue library in the server for material submission usage
• Create, File and Maintain all the documents / correspondence - soft copy in server & hard copy as needed
• Adhoc support as needed by the management

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 2 years of working experiences in related field
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
• Good communication skills
• Able to interact with diverse personnel / nationality / background
• Experience in Document control / Project Admin is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

1. Conduct regular safety walkabout and advise schools to ensure that they comply with the Fire Safety Act.
2. Advise schools on their fire emergency evacuation plans and procedures.
3. Ensure that escape routes are not obstructed by unauthorizedstructures, goods or other disused items.
4. Ensure fire safety equipment, fire safety related systems installed and firefighting equipment are inspected and serviced by Contractors; and are operationally ready at all times. These include the following: fire extinguishers, hose reel system and hydrants, public address system, fire alarm systemand all other fire safety equipment and installations.

The Officer’s duties and responsibilities shall be in accordance with the requirements of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH Officers) Regulations. The Officer shall assist to discharge its statutory duties, particularly in the area of identification of workplace safety and health risks and in recommending control measures

1. To conduct training to other employees and users on risks assessment or the control measures.
2. To exercise due diligence in the assessment of risks and recommendation of appropriate control measures, particularly for blatant safety and health risks;
3. To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work;
4. To correct any unsafe practice; and
5. To ensure that the provisions of the Workplace Safety & Health Act and its Subsidiary Legislations made thereunder are complied with.

• Familiarise with technical parts of QR Code and google form setting Experience in VMs, LPR, Bluetooth/Wifi Network collaborations
• Assist on command centre and custom built web application and onboard VMs based on the team requirements (Python /Ruby/Laravel)
• Perform private-cloud administration tasks, such as provisioning/de-provisioning of resources, maintaining security posture, user administration, monitoring computing resource utilisation, network setup, backup/restore and incident management
• Facilitates & maintaining documents and processes for troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring systems
• Translating technical language into non technical language for better team understanding
• Commision and conducting unit test, integration test & end to end test

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
• Work with internal team in determining vulnerabilities in IT applications and infrastructure, and perform remediations based on the VAPT findings and recommendation
