What a Director, Business Communication does at Visa:

In this role, you will work with the AP leadership team and key functions across the business: Product, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Technology and support on Global sponsorships & marketing. You will conceptualize and deliver communication programs that drive business results for Visa’s critical growth pillars and how these support the growth of our clients’ businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team acting in the capacity for the Client in a regional setting and role. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving infrastructure developments while always ensuring compliance with client standards and policies, focusing on redundancy, safety, and risk mitigation. You will work closely with regional teams, reviewing their work and providing guidance to ensure adherence to standards and to minimize potential disruptions caused by ongoing construction works that may infrastructure services and utilities. Service Management

Incident Management

• Lead investigations and ensure incidents are resolved within the stipulated SLA time.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurrent incidents and recommend improvement solutions to the Client.
• Ensure proper sign-off/endorsement by the client for incident resolution/closure and associated archival/repository.

IT Security Management

• Schedule security scans for identified systems according to policies, and verify all vulnerability rectifications are satisfactorily performed.
• Conduct weekly Security Reviews on System Access and administration patterns, and report any unusual or suspicious activities to the SMO Head Office.
• Track, mitigate, and deploy patch security vulnerabilities according to the stipulated timeline. Maintain oversight and submit monthly reports.

1. Management reports:
