The Project Manager is at the centre of the action. Your key role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on brief, on budget.

We are now looking for more colleagues who are passionate about all things digital. You will be planning, coordinating and managing large-scale and mission-critical web projects. You will need to be familiar with software development life cycle, web development, and content management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

· Arrange collection and deliveries of Sea freight for import moves

· Taking operational, routing, and customer service responsibility for all shipments handled

· Using preferred list of truckers and vendors to identify customer solutions based on rates and service

· Coordinating between shippers, consignees, and sea carriers

· Complete all necessary import documentation in order to remain compliant with regulations

· Entering import shipment information into the system

· Receive, review, and process documents, follow up with origin offices for clarifications and resolutions on paperwork, and follow all processes to ensure smooth completion

· Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers and vendors

· Providing classification recommendations to customer with approval

· Coordinating and preparing all necessary import documentation

· Responding to any customer questions concerning import milestones, shipment status, and charges

· Remain within company guidelines to customer inquiries regarding shipments

· Escalating uncommon, complex customer issues to the next level manager for resolution when necessary

· Processing the billing, invoicing & cost verification for the shipment.

· Performing other related duties, as assigned.

Job scope:

1. General Administrative and Logistic Support

•Assist in general administrative tasks, such as data processing, sourcing for quotations, and documentation.

•Provide support in scheduling training/briefing and coordinating the relevant logistics and administrative work.

•Manage logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and catering (if applicable) for training workshops.

•Respond to inquiries and emails, as needed.

2. Singapore Specialist Training Standards Portfolio and Accreditation of Postgraduate Medical Education Singapore (APMES) Portfolio

•Work with internal and external stakeholders and assist the team in meeting the timelines for the implementation of national initiatives for residency training, including but not limited to tracking of submission of specialty training requirement documents, milestone documents and programme information forms, etc.

•Assist in organising/facilitating meetings/workshops where needed, including but not limited to sending meeting invitation, preparation of meeting agenda and material etc.

3. Support for postgraduate year one workstream:

•Work closely with the programme coordinators from various training institutions and MOHH to obtain information on trainees’ performance for national evaluation committee’s recommendation.

•Prepare certifications of graduating trainees and ensure accurate dissemination of information to the relevant stakeholders.

•Assist in organising/facilitating meetings/workshops where needed, including but not limited to sending meeting invitation, preparation of meeting agenda and material etc.

4. Postgraduate Medical Education Assessments :

• Support examination administrative and operational processes

• Liaise with key stakeholders (including senior clinicians) on examination matters and ensure key milestones are met

• Provide basic IT support to key stakeholders

• Check invoices to process payments to external vendors

5. Any other general administrative and logistics support duties for other projects as assigned.

Job Requirements (to input any required fields of study and mandatory skills)

•Able to work in fast-paced environment

•Able to manage multiple workstreams/timelines

•Proficient with Microsoft word, excel and power point

•Able to respond to enquiries from stakeholders over the phone or over email, as needed.

•Able to work in office for at least 3 days a week

REQUIREMENTS

• The incumbent is expected to be a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit always seeking new opportunities to grow and develop the business within your territory.

• The incumbent is expected to be naturally inquisitive and are able to ask the right questions at the right time with the ability to listen carefully to a client’s needs.

• Must have gained some good experience, preferably, working within the interior furnishings industry or related field e.g. luxury consumer goods and have an understanding of both the commercial and residential markets.

• Must have a passion for design and selling at the luxury end of the market

• Must have excellent presentation skills and are able to communicate effectively at all levels.

• Must be particularly good at building good, long lasting client relationships.
