· Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organization’s overall strategic objectives.
· Develop and implement product strategies in line with company goals and market needs.
· You need to understand the management of company operations and processes. You will need data analytics to monitor performance, identify insights, and enable data-driven in the company. You will be required to participate in the management of project processes and project timelines.
· Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen product positioning in existing and new markets.
· Reviews, streamline and implement solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness.
· Develop, coordinate, and support sales and marketing efforts for each product portfolio and manage its entire operational life cycle.
· Perform detailed scoping of the project by working closely with all functional leads – including the alignment of the workstream’s outcome, responsibilities, task lists and timelines.
· Delegating on behalf of the manager.
· Weighting in on decision-making processes by presenting reasonable, fact-based points of view.
· Carrying out specific projects or tasks as instructed by the manager.
· To handle any related administrative tasks.
· Organise and manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and conferences.
· Prioritise meetings, emails, phone calls as requested by our CEO's daily activities.
· Organising management and board meetings.
· Make sure the CEO understands key priorities for liaising with other functional areas.
· Travel arrangements, coordination of business travel, meeting schedules, video and teleconferencing needs.
