Job Purpose

The candidate is expected to work on the Regional IFRS17 Programme as a Data Mapper cum Business Analyst. OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

The Regional Planning manager is responsible for responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the digital strategy for our client across all APAC markets.

You will participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels. You will also work together with the offshore execution team and local EssenceMediacom teams for all day-to-day media planning and client service activities associated with assigned accounts.

The role requires collaboration with many stakeholders in planning, analytics and investment, across many levels, in a highly matrixed organization. In this capacity the Regional Planning manager must be able to manage the many projects we balance.

Working with the team’s regional leadership, you will help the team accomplish challenging goals and objectives, balancing client, company, and team priorities.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

• Strong digital foundation
• Google AdWords Certification OR Facebook blueprint certification
• be fully conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix
• have broad cross-channel digital knowledge
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources)
• Extensive knowledge of global industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competition
• be a strong communicator – English is our global language
• Solid understanding of interactive research tools
• Understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
• Able to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
• Must possess strong written, presentation, analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, advanced degree a plus
• At least 4-6 years’ experience in Digital planning or execution

Our client, one of the leading online foods & beverages company are currently expanding and they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their admirable team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be reporting directly to the senior sales manager your main job responsibilities include:
• Actively identifying and engaging in new potential leads to expanding our customer base.
• Customer relationship management, identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients or companies to effectively market and advertise our products, such as Vouchers and Rewards and successfully close deals.
• Collect and analyze relevant market information to inform business strategies and decisions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both current and potential corporate clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales experience. Preferably selling Gift Vouchers or HR-related products to clients in MNCs, event companies, insurance firm, government entities or charity organizations
• Result-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales target and objectives.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, be a collaborative team player.
