Job Purpose

This position will look after Transaction Banking Cash Product mainly for internet banking, including payments, FX booking and production support.

This role involves daily cooperation with Tokyo Head Office and system analysts in Japan.

Responsibility of this position also include to leading the team to support these things and educate junior staffs to be able to support independently.

Job Responsibilities

This is a regional cash product development role with the following responsibilities and expected experience:

• To implement solutions for corporate internet banking channel, including regulatory compliance, payments and collection capabilities, strategic initiatives to improve customer experience across all APAC countries.
• To handle internet banking projects, including regulatory projects in APAC will be required.
• To roll out the implementation of real time FX rate booking solution to APAC branches, including integration between internet banking and Treasury FX systems. Domain knowledge of FX rates, execution and workflows, including technical interfaces such as XML, API/SOAP, HULFT will be required.
• To provide day-to-day production support which includes answering user queries, monitoring applications, reviewing and planning of system changes and server upgrades.
• To provide support system release on weekends, including user testing and production verification test.
• To work closely with Tokyo Head Office including daily discussion with system analysts and product managers in Japan
• To lead in resolving issues across departments and to mentor the junior team members

Job Requirement

• University graduate with degree related to IT/Computer Science or Business or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in cash management or transaction banking, including regulatory projects and FX booking system.
• Strong working knowledge of technical interfaces such as XML, API/SOAP, HULFT
• Experience with working in Japanese bank and Host-to-Host solution will be advantageous
• Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) is advantages as the role requires for daily communication with stakeholders in Japan and discussion will be conducted in Japanese
• Well versed in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, etc.
• Leadership skills
• Strong communication skills, proactive, team player, good inter-personal skills

Daily/Monthly Tasks:

• Perform account receivables (AR) transaction, including verifying and posting of receivable data
• Maintain and assist in generating reports detailing account receivable status (receivable aging, credit limit)
• Work with commercial team to ensure financial transaction and accruals are accounted correctly
• Preparation of monthly banners/brands performance, highlighting trends and variances in key performance indicators
• Support in tracking and monitoring of monthly expenses vs plan
• Assist in pricing maintenance in SAP system

Budget/ Estimate:

• Support and coordinate with commercial team for annual budget/ estimate exercise
• Perform any ad-hoc analysis with commercial team (promotion campaign, new product launch etc.) to assist in management decision making.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of working experience as Accounts Assistant
• Perform the job with minimal supervision/training
• Proactive and take initiatives at work

• Lead and manage Mechanical design coordination and interfacing with other designers/disciplines/contractors/specialists.
• Lead in Mechanical services coordination i.e., CSD/SEM and CCSM.
• Involve in Coordinated Installation Programme (CIP) coordination with other designers/disciplines/contractors/specialists.
• Conduct coordination meeting with all MEP trade sub-contractors.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for MEP services.
• Monitor all MEP trade sub-con on-site work and workforce according to the construction schedule.
• Co-ordination with M&E subcontractors on their works.
• Supervision of all MEP works carried out by MEP subcontractors.
• Ensure MEP works installations are carried out according to approved drawings and plans and check qualities of workmanship.
• Prepare design drawings and documentation.
• Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for MEP installations from sketches or notes.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.
