RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for matters relating to invoice processing in the Microsoft Business Central (MSBC) system.

• Receive invoices in both hard and soft copy formats from suppliers.

• Prepares and sends monthly equipment breakdown records to customers & internal parties.
• Maintain the record of tools, assets & other records of the division/teams
• Communications with internal & external customers.
• Prepare and present ISO, EMS, and J-sox documentation/test for division.
• Leads a team to assist engineers & section heads in preparing and submitting quotation input & purchase requests. Liaise suppliers/subcons for price inquiry on supply/works.
• Liaising with the contracts department to update and maintain price records for all clients
• Liaising with the Purchasing department for purchasing and standardization of vendor price
• Any other ad-hoc matters/issues assigned by Department Head/Manager

Requirement:

• Candidates should have strong capabilities to extract and combine relevant data from different systems/formats to extrapolate and present various reports.
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Experience with ERP would be advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Excel Macro programming, Word & other MS office applications would be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reporting to Foodservice Manager (HORECA/Foodstalls/Caterers)

· Attend to customers’ enquiry and develop new and potential customers.

· Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with existing and new customers

· Manage customers’ payment collection.

· Monitoring and feedback on market trends to improve sales

· Work closely with Purchasing Team to ensure that stock is readily available for customers

REQUIREMENTS:
