Responsibilities:

Responsible for the effective execution of monthly payroll, statutory contribution and annual individual tax reporting for assigned local and overseas personnel. Provide full support for payroll processing, employee queries, government grant verification, budget/forecast for personnel cost, HR reporting, annual closing for payroll, leave and attendance management etc.

• Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and provide payroll support.
• Responsible for verifying of overseas office monthly payroll (China).
• Processing of monthly Staff Claims, OT Claims and incentives.
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF & SDL submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission for local and overseas employees.
• Process expats tax matters, including withholding tax, prepare the issuance of IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B, and ensure it meets regulatory requirements etc.
• Ensure compliance with respective labour law and payroll best practices for local and overseas.
• Liaise with external auditors and/or tax agents on payroll related matters.
• Manage of timesheet administration and conduct analysis for payroll purposes.
• Provide internal and external training administration support.
• Provide administrative support for our new joiners’ confirmation, designees’ exit clearance, conduct exit interview, and collect and compile data on the rationales for their resignation.
• Provide administrative support for Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Administer employees all types of leave include childcare leave, maternity/paternity Leave, etc.
• Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
• Support the team for company-wide events and/or activities.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of generalist experience in the field of HR.
• Well-versed in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and various sourcing techniques.
• Meticulous, accurate, detailed, time sensitive and have an inquisitive/curious mind.
• Be customer focused and service oriented with a pleasant and assertive personality.
• Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting deadlines.
• Possess initiative, drive, a good eye for details and is result-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Self-starter as well as a team player.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software packages.

What will you do:

• Business development for various marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, Krisshop, etc
• Maintain and ensure product information such as promotional pricing and inventories are up-to-date and accurate for campaign submissions
• Receive and respond to customers online inquiries and concerns through online chat, phone calls, and emails
• Work closely with marketing to plan and execute campaign plans in order to achieve overall sales target
• Analyze and reporting sales performance, market competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement.
• Resolving any operational issues including logistics-related, complaints, discount codes, reviews, and returns.
• Daily maintenance and stocks management.
• Compilation of pre- and post-campaign analysis reports for all online marketing campaign status and progress.
• Propose new promotional mechanics for campaign submissions and promotional activities for own website and third-party e-commerce platforms.
• Support and collaborate with third-party e-commerce platforms account managers in planning and implementing online sales campaigns.
• Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters.
• Handle and respond to consumers’ feedbacks and concerns receive via website and third-party e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and update e-commerce platforms including the creation of product listings, product write-ups, and right-sizing of photo images on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure all visuals are relevant and submitted in time before campaign dates.
• Responsible for overall online sales and maintain a positive revenue and ratings.

What it takes:

• At least 1 – 2 year of working experience in ecommerce or marketplaces
• Candidate with analytical mind and self-driven are hugely preferred. Candidate is expected to be meticulous, logical thinking and detailed in analyzing platform abnormalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally
• Highly initiative with positive energy
• Sensitive with calculations (Profit and Loss, margins, ROI)
• Process good attitude towards learning and improving
• Basic understanding in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, not a must but a plus point
• Must be digital savvy and comfortable with e-commerce software and e-commerce marketplace selling interfaces
• Must be independent and able to explore e-commerce platforms without supervision

Job Responsibilities:

-Drafting out MEMO, newsletters, articles and reports in English and Chinese language

-Support Department and Company on operational matters at corporate level

-Manage office equipment and stationery procurement

-Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers

-Coordinate company’s logistics matters for various stakeholders

-Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ

-Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation

Job Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field

-Required skills: MS Office, MS Word

-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

About The Job

As a Student Recruitment (SRC) Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team in our journey to support the University’s student recruitment strategies and operational plans for marketing, outreach, and promotional events by providing programme counselling advice to prospective applicants, and organising and executing appropriate student recruitment and outreach activities.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

- Programme Counselling and Customer Service

• Support the university’s promotional efforts and activities by providing appropriate counselling, guidance and encouragement to the general public who are interested in our university’s programmes.
• Attend to all course enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and manage and monitor those received by the team.
• Offer programme advisory to prospective students to help them make informed decisions about their educational path.
• Assist prospective applicants in their application submission process.
• Maintain and meticulously track applicants and leads in our database, capturing details from diverse sources including phone, email, walk-ins, and recruitment activities.
• Be committed to maintaining a high standard of service by ensuring swift follow-up on enquiries and feedback from both prospective and signed-up applicants.

- Student Recruitment and Outreach

• Collaborate closely with the SRC Manager to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies for our university's programmes, both locally and abroad.
• Participate in the planning and execution of a range of engaging local and overseas events (e.g., open houses, education fairs, information sessions, seminars, talks etc.), ensuring their seamless delivery.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as Institutes of Higher Learning and corporate organisations to organise impactful local outreach activities.
• Work with our university's overseas representatives and contacts to organise and participate in international student recruitment and outreach events.
• Collaborate with the SRC Manager to prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospective applicants in polytechnics, institutions, organisations, and the general public.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation, and accurately track the statistics and outcomes of student recruitment and outreach activities, ensuring the success of our efforts.

- Website Content Management

• Assist the SRC Manager with the copywriting/copy editing and updating of information on the website, ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Schools, Admissions department) to ensure that student recruitment information on the website is kept updated and current.
• Check and ensure accurate and up-to-date student recruitment-related information on the website.
• Post student recruitment events/activities on the website.

General Responsibilities:

• Participate in University-wide activities as specified in the respective action plans and/or duty rosters (E.g., exam invigilation, orientation, convocation, etc.).
• Coordinate department events/processes, schools, etc.
• Assist with other tasks, duties as necessary or assigned (e.g., coordinate department meetings, minute-taking, etc.).

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualifications

• Degree Holder or GCE ‘A’ Level or Polytechnic Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in customer service/administration.
