A VP Client Executive, within our Prime Services organization, is a senior-level position acting as the primary client relationship manager for our alternative investment clients. Responsibilities:

The Sales Exec - Inside Sales, plays a crucial role by managing our existing APAC-based clients in Sportradar’s lower account segment. Reporting

• Manage weekly and monthly sales reporting to internal teams, including SKU, SEA Sales Report, NPD, and Stock on Hand (SOH) reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage coverage of telephone and email service support to customers to provide technical support in a timely and effective manner for all products
• Investigate customer complaints at 1st level. Advise and guide customers with solutions. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone or email, schedule a technician and fix a service appointment.
• Escalate appropriate customer’s complaints or queries to relevant departments or management
• Plan and liaise with Technicians on servicing scheduling and day-to-day matters
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare Product Warranty Letter and liaise with warranty-related issues.
• Assist in establishing, tracking and monitoring service reports, customer satisfaction standards, and other performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in the Business field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not necessary
• Applicants with no prior experience but possess a strong willingness to learn may be considered for this role
• Working knowledge of customer service principles, processes and standards
• Prior experience in SAP would be advantageous but not a must
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with good organization ability
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

Job Description：

· Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed. Study consultants' design drawings and highlight the missing information, design clashes and design inconveniences for construction.

· Manage the project's design coordination works. Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of the coordination. Ensure the information between different disciplines are communicated and discussed among the team.

· Manage the project’s drawing coordination in between disciplines and sub-contractors’ drawings.

· Manage the project’s drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction.

· Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation, to capture all detail dimensions and settings. Must be able to convey technical information to BIM modeller/ drafter via sketches. Must be able to study and understand technical drawings independently without the drafter's assistance. Must be able to identify the critical technical information/sections that need to be generated for construction usage and technical resolution.

· Work with the construction team and sub-cons to prepare and submit for approval the construct

i) material submission.

ii) material specification submission.

iii) method statement.

iv) specialist trade sub-con shop drawings.

· Address and resolve technical issues raised by the construction and consultant's teams, through clear communication and good documentation.

Qualifications:

·Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural discipline

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Experience in residential project will be advantageous.

As a Senior Crew Executive, you will manage the day-to-day operations and policies regarding the sea-going staff of heavy-lift crane barges and land-based contract staff. You support our organization’s quality, safety, and environmental management system in the process of continuous improvement. In this regard, you assume responsibility and accountability for supporting and coaching any staff under your care.

Your responsibilities as a senior crew executive (includes but are not limited to):

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily crewing functions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement crewing strategies for recruitment and retention, contract and performance management, disciplinary actions, and all trainings, insurance claims and manage crew budgets.
• Handle crew mobilization and demobilization, including Singapore Work Pass, travel, visas, and accommodations, efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain accurate crew records, ensure timely payroll processing, facilitate logistics for crew changes, and review/approve related invoices for submission to Finance.
• Ensure crew compliance with all regulations necessary for their proper functioning, in accordance with IMO conventions like STCW and MLC, Flag requirements, MPA, ICA, and MOM regulations.

Your qualities

You can make your mark as a senior crew executive:

• A degree or diploma in Maritime Business/Nautical Studies or any related disciplines. A Certificate of Competency will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant crewing or ship management experience and a comprehensive knowledge of crewing and manning requirements of Harbor Craft vessels.
• A comprehensive knowledge of Singapore Work Pass rules and processes.
• Experience in dealing with Flag, MPA, ICA and MOM.
• A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office software especially with, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with treasury requirements (financing and payments) for Singapore and subsidiaries in Asia, namely Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Efficient communication with all platforms for any treasury on outward remittances and trade loan funding matters.
• Act as a bridge between the banks and execution team and other internal departments on any queries or issues on outward remittances transactions.
• Manage day to day cash flow requirements to ensure smooth, accurate and timely processing of outward remittances including FX transactions and trade loan drawdown with the banks (especially on the day prior to Singapore Public holidays to ensure that transactions are well processed).
• Maintain and update treasury file and TMS (Treasury Management System) to ensure data accuracy.
• Generate accurate and timely daily and monthly reporting.
• Any other duties as required.

Experiences:

• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of trade finance instruments (Bill Collection, Standby Credit, Documentary Credit, Performance Bond)
