Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, create, and produce high-quality content such as social media campaigns, internal emails, newsletters, and articles that articulate our practice’s culture, brand message, and value proposition.

Requirements

Job Overview

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting Hotel premises, assets and personnel. He/She is expected to detect and deter potential threats and duties include performing access control, conducting security screening, attending to enquiries from stakeholders, patrolling and guarding premises, as well as managing incidents and emergencies.

Job Descriptions:

• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers

Job Duties:

• Prepare the Statements of Account for customers
• Maintaining an AR phone line to ensure queries or concerns from customers are addressed promptly
• Follow up on all AR outstanding matters to reduce overdue AR payments via email, calls and WhatsApp messages

Job Description:

• Assist the Resident Engineer and Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager
• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and/or Consultant team.
• Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Maintain site records.
• Preferably to commence immediately

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
• A registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is require.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
• Experience in supervision of Mechanical Services installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/ Commercial Developments/Multi-tenanted Industrial Development would be added advantage
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
