You will be responsible for your individual target, including the following job responsibilities:

· Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from assigned pool of leads.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.

· Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.

· Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.

· Call Prospect or Client to remind them on their appointment.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of outbound call centre experience.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients for booking of appointments.

THE ROLE

Contribute to day-to-day account implementation, supporting other team members in ensuring the efficient delivery of the communications plan.

The role will see you supporting with account, media and influencer management as well contributing to shoots, events and new business pitches. There will be opportunities to flex your creative writing skills for a range of assets and mediums, from press releases to video scripts and social media posts.

It involves:

ACCOUNT SUPPORT

Client handling

• Attend client meetings, draft agendas and contact reports
• Keep up-to-date record of forthcoming editorial coverage
• Support with compiling monthly or project reports
• Proactively put forward suggestions/ideas to account teams

Media monitoring

• Daily media monitoring
• Proactively monitor and flag trends or coverage from clients’ competitors, market, or industry

Media and influencer management

• Build media/influencer relations skills and pitch stories/partnerships
• Update and manage media/influencer databases

Copywriting

• Research and write press releases and marketing copy i.e. newsletters, advertorials, social media copy

Shoots and events

• Attend and support at video and/or photoshoots
• Support with event coordination including liaising and negotiating with suppliers, assembling media packs, arranging logistics and team diaries, whilst keeping teams and clients up to date

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Undertake research to support new business pitch decks
• Attend and contribute to brainstorms and planning sessions

Our client is Singapore’s leading sustainability-driven energy company. They are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join their Sales and Operations team to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Working days: Work 4 days per week including both weekends

Working Hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm

Responsibility:

• Handle operational matters, collaborating with the sales team for effective sales fulfillment.
• Generate Sales Orders, call center, and online orders.
• Ensure excellent service, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, liaising with the Commercial team.
• Other ad-hoc duties or reassignments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum O level qualification.
• Preferably 1-2years with relevant experience
• Computer literate
