Duties

• Welcome and attend to guests and visitors in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable.
• Address guests' queries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from potential guests with timeliness and courtesy.
• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc., efficiently.
• Anticipate guests' needs to enhance their experience and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct basic administrative, secretarial, and reception duties.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies, placing orders for replenishment when necessary.
• Assist guests/customers with errands and provide support for events, voucher claims, etc.
