- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects & Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of photo retouching, post production, file handling and photo editing
- Good at multitasking, resourceful, detail and quality-oriented
- A self-starter that can contribute to the group as well as work on solo projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
- Relevant portfolio of works should be submitted upon application

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post
• PC Literate (MS Word/Excel), AutoCAD/BIM/REVIT is a bonus advantage
• 5.5 day work week

• Prepare claims, reports and all documents related to Quantity Survey or duties
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, main contractors, developers and subcontractors
• Able to handle fast-paced environment
