Develop and implement pricing strategies, leveraging market mapping and in-depth knowledge of the O&G sector landscape. Continuously analyse contractor competitive rates and market trends to refine pricing models for CES. Building out a robust pricing matrix to support current and future bid activities.

• Supplier Negotiations

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate agreements, fixing fees for cost-plus items such as insurance and personal protective equipment (PPE). This to drive longer term competitive pricing, also ensure supplier supply on demand can meet project needs based on business development forward plans and knowledge of client project activities current and future.

• Collateral Development

Collaborate closely with the COO, Compliance Manager, HR, and Marketing teams to create comprehensive commercial proposal materials and collateral. These materials should not only showcase CES's capabilities but also drive client engagement and confidence.

Account Management (50%)

• Client Relationship Development

Assume primary responsibility for nurturing and expanding client relationships, focusing on quality control and delivery to service-level guarantees. This is to develop deeper relationships with the client ensuring multiple stakeholder relationships within the upward value chain are developed and identifying key opportunities to be leveraged.

• Quality Control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in digital product development, digital marketing, advertising, consulting or related fields.
• An expert practitioner of Agile product development principles
• Experienced in building consumer-facing digital products & services
• Depth of knowledge of paid, owned and earned digital media platforms
• Strong understanding of the Digital landscape and innovation trends
• Understanding of market and consumer research and deriving data/research driven consumer insights
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and related technology
• Strong technical knowledge in client-side web & mobile app development; ability to read code in Javascript, HTML & CSS
• Experienced in developing and innovating new ad products
• Excellent communicator; have strong articulating and presentation skills
• Knowledge and experience using product management tools e.g. JIRA
• Experienced in user-centered design processes and analysis tools
• Prior startup and/or entrepreneurial experience a plus
• Previous experience in a large publisher and consulting firm an advantage

• Developing a project plan and managing the schedule, budget, and team members’ time sheets to ensure completion of the project within the specified time frame
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure they are aware of project status and any potential problems or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and best practices for safety and environmental concerns
• Managing procurement activities, including ordering raw materials and equipment, arranging for shipping and delivery schedules, and negotiating prices with vendors
• Conducting feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and make recommendations regarding strategy or implementation plans
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials are available when needed and that tasks are completed on time and within budget

Overseeing the project closeout process to ensure that all documentation is complete.

· Create a safe working environment for employees by putting in place safety measures to prevent accident and complications that may arise during work. Also provide safety gear to employees for protection in the event of accidents

· Supervise activities of workers to ensure that they are hands-on in order to promote hard-work, which is needed for successful deliveries and completion of production tasks to meet clients’ demands and deadlines

· Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality. Supervise the loading of such goods into vehicles for delivery

· Liaise with transportation companies to create a good working relationship to be able to strike good negotiations for transportation of goods, and to prevent hiccups that may arise

· Give vivid directions and guidelines to shipping agents about nature of goods and delivery locations, and maintain communication with them to ensure that goods are not damaged on transit

· Prepare invoice for orders and deliveries as part of record keeping measures and evidence of transaction

· Help in recruiting competent and hardworking workers to carryout daily operations at the organization and put them through in discharging their duties

· Ensure that workers adhere to industry standards in dealing with clients, to promote rule of law and avoid practices such as smuggling and overloading to avoid accidents which could lead to loss of lives and properties

· Assign different responsibilities to workers to fasten the job and promote specialization and accountability. This way, non hardworking workers can easily be identified

Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes

· Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
