Job Description

BIM Manager shall have a broad range of responsibilities, but will primarily be concerned with:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

• Ensure all products produced meet high quality standards by implementing quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections and monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues
• Maintain and ensure timeliness and accuracy of kitchen reports i.e. Cleaning Programme, Chiller, Temperature recording, Incident report, Waste Management and etc.
• Lead and manage new projects assigned e.g. Live Station services and workflow
• Manage inventory levels including raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials. Place order for materials as needed and work to minimize waste and reduce costs
• Works closely with Production Manager to develop production plans and schedules
• Conduct monthly disposal of expired goods, ensuring FIFO process
• Works with Production Manager to manage budget; monitor cost and identify areas for cost savings

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly management reports (vs budget) and rolling forecasts, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis for business reviews.
