Roles & Responsibilities:

• Full-set of accounts : ensure AP & AR, GL, account reconciliation, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, etc. ) are closed monthly/quarterly/year-end on a timely, complete and accurate basis.
• Assist in budget forecast, financial analysis on P&L and balance sheet.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax (GST), and government authorities where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and statutory and internal forms.
• Ensure all tax returns, tax declarations and other reports are submitted accurately and timely.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position in Singapore.
• Working knowledge of Singapore regulations and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good analytical skills, detailed and meticulous.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Well-organized with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Well-versed in handling confidentiality.

• The staff is required to generate monthly reports and assigned to be the secretary or Cluster 1 Army meeting and liaise with customers.
• To support System Administrative Support function under ARMY and RSAF Comm Contract.

Requirements

• At least 2/3 years’ experience in company administration support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma Holders

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process motor insurance claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within turnaround time, subject to stipulated authority limit and company procedures;
• Ensure reserves are updated in a timely and realistic manner;
• Identify and manage any potential fraudulent claim effectively;
• Handle phone and email enquiries and attend to walk-in customers/claimants;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers and intermediaries;
• Mentor administration assistants in their support role;
• Review and streamline work processes to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
• Ensure all recovery claims are pursued and followed-up periodically to ensure resolution;
• Conduct periodic active file review;
• Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree with Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or relevant insurance equivalent
• At least 2 years of motor insurance claims assessment experience
