Role Overview:

The After Sales Engineer will provide global after-sales support for marine alternative fuel gas supply systems and cargo handling systems. 1. Troubleshooting & Field Service:

2. Spare Parts Management:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /

Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /

Logistic / CBT).

• Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and

customer service.

• Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining

existing customer relationships.
