What you will be working on:

Key duties vary depending on the specific area of work assigned, and generally include:

• Carry out inspections on sanitation standards onboard ships
• Communicate with ship captains/agents and grant port health clearance for arriving/ departing ships
• Issue Ship Sanitation Certificates
• Issue Coffin permits/Landing permits/ Pratiques after verification of relevant documents

What we are looking for:

• 3 years of working experience in related fields of sanitation, vector control, ship inspection or maritime industry would be an advantage
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Mature, independent and resourceful personality
• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Comfortable working around water bodies and climbing heights
