JOB PURPOSE

In line with the Head Office and regional policies, the MSC Cruises' strategy and the Sales objectives, the Sales Director South East Asia leads the Sales strategy, contributes to and implements the sales action plan for the region in order to achieve revenue, cost and other commercial targets to ensure the efficient running of the sales operations for the start-up for the region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

In line with the strategic guidelines of MSC Cruises, under the leadership of the VP Commercial Area, the Sales Director South East Asia is responsible for the following start-up activities:

• Leads, governs, coordinates and develops the MSC Sales strategy, including distribution, pricing and sales; in coordination with the headquarter in Geneva in South East Asia in order to optimize revenue, margin and market share

1. Leading the strategic recommendation to build & grow brands to support client business growth:

As a manager, the function of an Associate Director Regulatory Affairs, APAC (Asia Pacific) is to combine knowledge of scientific, regulatory and business issues to enable products that are developed, manufactured or distributed to meet required legislation. Additionally, the individual may develop and supervise regulatory professionals. The individual has department level influence and is generally recognized as an expert resource both within Abbott and externally. The individual may comment on changing regulations and guidance, interface with outside regulatory agencies and trade associations and provide executive management with regulatory metrics/information.
