The Assoc Director / Senior Manager, Data and Analytics (C&B and HR Operations) will have dual roles in managing both HR data analytics /reporting supporting Compensation and Benefits and Talent programs across APAC region. • Manage the Owner Supplied Equipment Partnerships with all vendors. This will involve developing market and location-based intel around availability and costs and developing a strategy for standard product availability across all regional locations (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea). This involves organising and chairing regular vendor meetings, visiting sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Manage the processes and documentation related with the technical specification, approval and continuous improvement of the Owner Supplied Equipment products as part of the overall AirTrunk product offering, ensuring alignment and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Customer Solutions, Design, Sustainability, Procurement, Construction and Operation)

Your Day to Day

• Manage and expand a team of direct reports to deliver strategic initiatives & support project delivery efforts.
• Produce vendor briefs in order to develop designs from feasibility stage through concept, scheme and detailed design stages, ensuring continuity of design
• Inspection of new products and applications

The Opportunity

The Technical Account Director (TAD) is accountable for the technical health and success of Adobe's largest customers using Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions. • Work with Sales, Partnerships & Events and Digital departments to increase and facilitate airtime and sponsorship commitments on the station, while maintaining high programming standards
• Adhere to compliances to policies and rules by monitoring the team's compliance with programming codes on a regular basis and taking corrective actions where appropriate.

• Degree with minimum 5 years' broadcasting / media experience.
• Excellent understanding of audience's lifestyles and preferences & music knowledge.
• Strong understanding of social media and able to use it effectively to promote station's interests.
• Excellent language skills in Chinese.
• Excellent project management, leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent relationship management, presentation, negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills.
