RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.

Overview:

In this role, you will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the stall you are assigned to. You will be representing the company, in charge of interacting with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage daily operation, roster planning of the team, monthly commission, and incentive submission.
• Identify opportunities and challenges of team members in achieving commercial and service targets by working closely with Clients Relations Centre Manager to provide training needs as required.
• Ensure efficient communication and escalation of cases across teams/departments/brands.
• Attend regular meetings to share CRC updates, operational feedback and conduct bi-monthly CRC performance review with stakeholders.
• Responsible for consolidating reports based on pre-determined KPI’s, analysis, highlighting all anomalies and insights, with an executive summary to Client Relations Centre Manager and stakeholders.
• Manage, coach and evaluate team members’ performance (in collaboration with CRC Manager / QA Executive / Trainer) by monitoring quality of calls, e-mails chats, and contacts records to uphold SLA target and client satisfaction.
• Foster team discipline, communication, and morale to strengthen teamwork within the team.
• Assist Clients Relations Centre Manager on other tasks and duties as and when necessary.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Media related, or Marketing will be added advantage.
• Preferably with 2 years of team managing experience in luxury (retail) or hospitality experience is ideal for this position.
• Experience in spearheading client centricity with commercial and sales targets.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, team player, proactive and sales driven with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems; MS Office, Salesforce, SAP and CRM are a plus.

SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Field service support for Esco products

· Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response time

Job Description

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the IT Service Management Ops leadership team. Armed with a strategic focus and experience in application infrastructure resiliency as well as operational stability the candidate is expected to lead the swift service recovery from complex incidents and managing disaster recovery ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction in IT service delivery. This position is crucial in ensuring operational stability, which includes leading improvements through process review/transformation and implementation of new initiatives and tools.

•Proven proficiency in utilizing Agile methodologies for operations management.
