Roles and responsibility:

• Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, overhaul, trouble-shooting, installation, warranty repair and any other specialist service on the complete range of client and other manufactures Process and Industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Carry out comprehensive plant inspection for marine and commercial refrigeration systems and write detailed report explaining the plant condition, observations and recommendations
• Carry our service work to the highest possible standard in line with client policy & procedures and industry recognised best practices.
• Ensure service work is completed safely and efficiently at all times with minimum call back and warranty expense.

8.Emergency Response: Being prepared to respond to emergency situations involving electrical failures or malfunctions and taking prompt actions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To manage price quotation, order fulfillment, backorder/backlog management for SEA countries
• Provide quotation to customer according to agreed price model
• Ensure order fulfillment within required timing, invoice issued timely and manage AR aging

The purpose of this role is to lead the relationship and service delivery for partners and customers, delivering an accurate demand signal and managing the execution of this signal to agreed service metrics from order capture to delivery. The role will also drive the execution of strategy, productivity and other efficiency opportunities for Singapore.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and drive the establishment of effective Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) processes with key customers to proactively manage the combined Supply Chain
2. Lead order fulfillment processes including appropriate and effective processes for order capture, order processing (including credit considerations), delivery and shipment execution, complaints management and product life-cycle activities including New Products

6. Lead the development of effective Demand Management Strategies to optimize PGCS Resource efficiency while ensuring customer demands are met. Focus on service differentiation based on understanding of the customer environment, including customer influences, decision-makers and business challenges
7. Drive productivity in customer management processes by identifying and removing non-added value steps and identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives
8. Develop, lead and motivate the APAC customer teams. Develop strength within the group through coaching and training to ensure strategic and operational targets are met. 9. Participate in development and implementation of new customer services processes and improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a large multi-site complex business demonstrating excellent process leadership, stakeholder engagement, people management and customer relationship skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
• Strong record of executing major change initiatives and successful project delivery including budget, timeline and stakeholder management
