• Create a sales strategy to provide revenue retention, revenue growth, and new business for your personal client portfolio in order to reach or surpass your personal sales targets and overall organic business growth goals.
• Create and implement client relationship management plans to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within own customer portfolio organisations, allowing for effective two-way information flow and understanding of where the company can deliver customer value and resolve issues.
• Sets clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; adapts standard materials to deliver engaging presentations to customer decision makers and influencers; asks pertinent questions to gather information, assess the level of interest of customers, and identify and respond to areas requiring additional information or explanation.
• Create a personal network in the business sector and represent the firm to clients and at business sector events. Obtains market knowledge and raises the company's visibility and reputation, as well as its goods, services, and capacity to deliver comprehensive safety solutions.
• Configure product and service solutions, as well as associated contractual conditions, to satisfy the mid- to long-term demands of clients, including input from appropriate internal specialists. Presents the solution to client representatives and negotiates an arrangement within a set of comercial constraints.
• In charge of updating CRM and effectively uses the CRM system to drive sales activity plans and provide timely reports.
• Build strong external customer relationships by collaborating internally and serving as the customer advocate in cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a sales manager
• You will have experience of sales within marine industry
• You must be a self-driven professional
• An out of the box thinker capable of being creative
• Experience of fire safety equipment desirable but not essential
• Experienced in Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Familiar with License Warehouse Custom procedures including able to handle permit declaration
• Liaise with customer on order processing, shipment booking with forwarder, inventory management and others administrative and customer service duties
• Liaise with freight forwarders / transporters on shipment booking, container trucking schedule, arrange courier and local delivery
• Attend to customer request and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all jobs in system and forwarded to the Accounting & Finance Department
• Assist to produce regular warehouse reports for management as and when required
• Manages customers complains and claims
• Assist in investigation on shipment failure or quality issue for performance and reporting, and following up to ensure resolution
• Ensure proper filing and documents archiving for audit purpose
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment in accordance with SLA / SOP /response guidelines
• Manages stocks reconciliation and ensure stocks discrepancies resolved in timely manner
• Prepare to undertake new project(s) as part of staff development
• Liaise with Singapore customs for inbound discrepancies and auditing
• Any others adhoc tasks as and when assigned by Assistant Manger

Requirements

• Tertiary or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 3PL warehouse operations preferably familiar with import and export processes, including different types of permits handling
• Knowledge in Form D and COO handling will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Bonded and Duty-Free products handling
• Knowledge of shipping terms and documents
• Able to multitask include handling of different systems, not limited to WMS and Oracle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage as officers will be liasing with our Chinese counterparts
• Knowledge on SAP will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Trade first application (Singapore Custom) Qualification will be an advantage

• Handle customer inquiry/tender for our products and services
• Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis
• Provide admin support to Sales and Technical Support Team to achieve sales
• Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement
• Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status
• Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required
• Lead and conduct Contract Review of an order received from assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery
• Maintenance and preparation of presentation material, product information
• Assist in preparation of management reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends
• To manage customer feedback and maintain relationship with the customers
• To act as a central point of contact for the customer on assigned orders/jobs and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison
• To facilitate with various department in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction
• In addition to these duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required

Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. This position entails overseeing the inside sales function within the Singapore office and carrying the responsibility for supporting the marketing, sales, and service functions. Generally, the Customer Experience Manager coordinates, plans, and supervises a company's Inside Sales team, aiming to ensure the optimized interaction between the company and its customers and lead the team to achieve the Departmental KPIs and goals.

This role will be based in Singapore, is part of the Sales Department and reports to the Country Sales Manager.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Responsible for the leadership and management of the inside Sales function in the Sales Center
• Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the Inside Sales Engineers
• Ensure strategic alignment of the local organization with the group strategy.
• Responsible for the implementation and communication of the strategic plans in conjunction with the local key stakeholder
• Lead & drive the Customer Experience Management (CXM) program.
• Work with respective stakeholders to provides insights, tools, methods, and trainings for the team to become truly customer centric.
• Developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer relationship, dedication, and satisfaction.
• Establish communication channels through which E+H Customers can reach out to us easily and effectively.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing customer experience.
• Work closely with Sales / Marketing departments to analyze customer’s feedback and develop activities/events effective for improved customer experience.
• Work with Corporate Team (HQ) to conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services.
• To work with respective stakeholders to grow E+H Digital business.
• To work closely with External Sales in a team approach to serving the customers.
• Guide and direct the activities of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure their interactions with customers reflects positively on the company.
• Mentoring of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure compliance with set standards of courtesy and professionalism.
• Good understanding & operationally strong on processes for costings, quotations and proposals using CEP, SAP system.
• To provide guidance to team on technical advisory, project proposals follow-up, negotiations, closing project orders and customer liaison.
• Any other tasks might be required by the Company to support the business strategy.

Requirements

· Work Experience in MNC and similar industry will be an advantage

· At least 3 years of relevant management experience

· Experience in managing and leading teams in a dynamic work environment

· Knowledge of relevant products and industries

· Technical knowledge of process automation and instrumentation

· Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
