Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

As a Child Protection Associate (CPA) with the BuildERS team you will assist with:

1) Training/Coaching/Supervision matters

• The implementation of the CPS’ tiered-level training frameworks to ensure that all operational targets (e.g., training programmes, quality assurance framework KPIs) are met;
  • To assist in preparation of training materials.
• To assist in collecting, collating and presenting evaluation results internally
• Conduct training analysis for yearly training calendar
• To support in the co-creation and management of a data reporting system so that periodic info updates could be readily churned out for senior management’s info and views.
• To assist in analysing the training records to provide quarterly updates on the number of staff who have attended courses to track adherence to Competency Frameworks
• To conceptualize and create bite-sized learning content from existing training materials for officer’s quick refresher on important concepts of trainings
• To support in procurement related matters
