Sustaining cleanliness from pre-shift preparations to post-shift clean-ups is paramount. Upholding our brand's quality standards in food preparation and cooking processes is critical, along with leading the team to adapt promptly for optimal customer service.
• Team Development: Responsibilities extend to the development of each team member. This includes crafting comprehensive training schedules with personalized coaching, recruiting new talent as required, and guiding employees through our training manual, from initial orientation to acquiring necessary certifications.
• Management of Support Functions: To guarantee smooth operations and financial health, the role encompasses the management of various support functions, including Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and P&L (Profit and Loss).
