Job Responsibilities

The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. This includes pricing engine rollouts, transformation of time deposits, overdrafts management, earnings credit rates programs, money market fund offerings and interest repricing initiatives. They are the focal point for D&I product management (including risk and control/compliance in the clusters) and work with sales to commercialize D&I solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events
• Developing targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth
• Developing high quality show investment proposals that are a win-win for exhibiting partners
• Working cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign
• Achieving show and sponsorship revenue targets as your core metric
• Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.

• Minimum 3 years of experience media / event sales, or marketing partnerships. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.

Job Description

Mission Control Incident Management (MCIM) focuses on high impacting or potential major incidents across Products within Consumer & Community Banking (CCB). MCIM strives to mitigate and/or resolve incidents with support from Mission Control App, SRE, AD, Product, and Tech Partners, as quickly as possible with the goal of supporting our object of “Always on, always available for every customer”.

MCIM provides industry leading standards within Incident Management. Our focus, with strong partnerships, remains on Command & Control, strong Communications; accurate Data Quality, and capturing and documenting mission critical information.

Job responsibilities

As a Major Incident Manager, you are responsible for the following:

• Owns and drives incident management bridge calls and chats with production management, application development, infrastructure teams, and senior leadership with the purpose of remediating impacting incidents
• Establishes strong command and control of an incident, establishing clear accountability/ownership and methodical evaluation of complex issue scenarios
• Adheres to critical process and procedure, and appropriate escalations in support of production incidents
• Applies technical/environmental knowledge and experience to develop and drive appropriate tasks, forming paths to resolution
• Distributes clear and concise communications, summarizing incidents and the business/customer experience to a wide group of technical and non-technical audiences
• Supports follow-the-sun model and partners with the global Major Incident Management (MIM) team. This role is based in Singapore with a 12hours shift pattern, from 7:30 am to 07:30 pm Singapore time

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Incident Management, IT Service Delivery, IT Service Desk, IT Operations in an enterprise scale environment
• Strong ability to think and act independently to resolve production issues, and act with sense of urgency and agility
• Advanced analytical skills and displays history of achieving goals in a high-performance environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment utilizing multiple tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, AWS Cloud, Kubernetes and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc)
• Preferred ITIL certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Responsibilities

• Focused business development by identifying major Quantum Technology and Physics research institutes & Academia in Singapore (primary territory).
• Identify, train & develop local sales partners in some regional countries in the assigned territories.
• Marketing and business development responsibility for Singapore.
• Provide & organize direct technical support to the customers.
• Provide & organize sales and technical support to sales partners.
• Participate in all relevant conferences & trade shows in the assigned territories.
• Work with existing local sales partners for increased reach and ease of doing business.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field, ideally related to quantum computing research.
• Solid technical background or scientific track record involving test & measurement instrumentation, including impedance analyzers and lock-in amplifiers.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the quantum technology industry.
• Minimum of five years of experience in impedance analyzers, lock-in amplifiers, and their applications.
• More than three years of experience in customer-related activities, such as Business Development, technical support, and channel management.
• Required to travel frequently within the Asia Pacific region for business purposes.
• Passion for collaboration and successful international stakeholder management with excellent cultural sensitivity.
