The Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) division of Standard Chartered Bank is responsible for the Build and Run of the Banks’ technology platforms, in addition to providing an Operations capability to the Business. Aligned to the Transformation agenda, TTO Risk Management (“TTO RM”) seeks to enhance our tooling capabilities by building a centralized Technology Obligations Register and a Technology Controls Library.
