• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in IT or public sector.
• Proficiency in SQL other programming languages for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and data modelling.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services (IAM Access, S3, Glue, Athena) and data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Qlik Sense.
• Preferably with experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, collect, transform, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support decision-making processes.
• Automate repetitive data tasks and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Develop, execute and tune performance tests to measure dashboard performance under various loads through queries optimisation, indexing, caching, and data processing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track case report forms;
• Clean and update the clinical database, which includes generating and resolving data clarifications;
• Reconcile clinical data
• Maintain study documentation
• Perform QC audits of the clinical database

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health related field with strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel and Word
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred; and
• Office hours, 9:30am to 6:30pm to be worked over 5 days between Monday to Saturday (Saturdays being rotational). Able to work on rotational public holidays.
