• Serve as the principal liaison for clients regarding A&A projects, offering regular updates on status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timeliness to foster strong relationships.

Quality Assurance Leadership:

• Establish and enforce quality control protocols to ensure A&A work meets rigorous standards and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assessments to swiftly identify and rectify any issues.

Documentation and Reporting Excellence:

• Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, specifications, change orders, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in A&A work within the construction industry.
• Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices related to A&A projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare and establish Quality controldocuments (i.e. Project Quality Controlplan, Inspection test plan, inspectionreport format and test package) as perASME and client requirement.
• Responsible for daily quality inspectionincluding material and weldingconsumable inspection, piping fit-upinspection, welds inspection, interpretationof radiographic films and hydrotestinginspection.
• To plan and coordinate all inspectionactivities required as per prior establishinspection test.
• To plan and coordinate thermal treatmentactivities.
• To develop and maintain company WPSand PQR.
• To arrange and maintain company welders’welder qualification test, Primos andwelder performance.
• Inspection on static equipment (i.e. vessels,column, heat exchanger).

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other professional certifications relevant to the trade of business.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience within the industry.

· Look at emerging low-carbon/green technologies, where he/she will focus on opportunities in the carbon sequestration and carbon market sector.

· Actively perform global scans of emerging low-carbon/green technologies and identify new growth opportunities for ST Engineering to pursue.

· Lead technology deep dives in low-carbon/green technology areas and develop strategic plans/roadmaps for the group to pursue in these areas.

· Work closely with New Ventures (or the relevant BAs) to support the development of new businesses in the growth area identified.

· Establish an R&D ecosystem made up of local and global start-ups, technology vendors, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Research Institutes (RIs) and relevant governmental agencies to support the development and demonstration of innovative low-carbon/green solutions (products and services) that will meet business objectives.

· Work closely with the venture team to identify and assess capital investments designed to help ST Engineering meet our business objectives.

· Communicate with senior executive leadership (internally or client) regarding green technology trends, growth/business opportunities and/or any other matters of importance to the organisation as part of the Group Technology Office.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

· Degree in chemical/mechanical engineering or environmental science. Candidates with advance degrees (Masters, PhD) will be advantageous

· Min. 6 years of experience working on low-carbon technologies/solutions.

· Deep knowledge and experience in carbon sequestration and carbon MRV related technologies.

· Experience in advanced technology research, strategy development and road-mapping will be advantageous

· Analytical minded with exceptional project management and organization skills

· Strong communication and presentation skills
