Senior Marketing Manager (Scaled Expansions)

As a Senior Marketing Manager focusing on consumer & retail marketing, you will be working with our leading client - one of the largest tech brands shaping consumer technology as we see it today. 

As you guide them through end-to-end marketing communications and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines. Role:

You:

• BA / BS degree preferred 
• 8+ years of experience in - consumer marketing, retail marketing or omnichannel marketing.
• Proficient in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and business plans, with a demonstrated ability to analyse customer and market insights and assess the effectiveness of marketing spend.

Job Title: Asst Manager (CS & Operations)

Location: Lower Delta Road

Reporting Relationship: Business Unit Owner.

The individual is required to perform administrative duties and provide support to Business Unit

Owner.

More specific roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Scope

1. Lead and motivate customer services team ( less than 3pax)

2. Problem-solving for routine and non-routine issues or complaints from customers.

3. To jointly work with suppliers and vendors including key carriers to make exceptions and

improve on services to improve customers’ experience.

4. Top Line Growth and Responsibilities through retention and penetration efforts, and business

development with Network Agent Partners and House Accounts.

7. To review service experience and discuss improvement; at the same time, build relationship

and ask for more businesses.

System and appropriate folder (in shared server) and kept up to date.

9. Checker role to be responsible that all Job File opened is duly, completely and correctly key

entered into our Freight Management System.

10. Participate in relevant business project from time to time as assigned by management.

Job Description

• Manage external vendor testing teams and handle statement of work.
• Closely work with the Project team including Development teams, Business Analysts, and testing vendors to define and agree on the testing strategy, Scope, and coverage
• Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure testing schedules and deadlines are met.
• Support testing team throughout test cases life cycle- design, scripting, and execution of test cases
• Reviewing deliverables such as Test cases, Test plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Closure reports, daily and weekly status reports
• Monitor progress of test execution to ensure meeting testing timeline and signoffs
• Need to ensure all testing deliverables are as per the procedures and processes defined
• Daily conduct Defect management meetings with development vendors/internal teams.
• Provide the testing cost for the initiatives.
• Work closely with Scrum and Project Managers to ensure quality and smooth testing and ensure they are aware of risks throughout engagement for testing.
• On board, new test resources and ensure appropriate planning is done.
• Planning, monitoring, and control of all testing activities and tasks

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a functional test manager in Banking and very strong expertise in banking domain
• Good knowledge of both SDLC and Agile processes, testing methodology, and different types of testing
• Ability to manage a team size of 10+ testers (manual/automation)
• Hands-on experience in working in large and complex programs
• Good knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, Quality Centre
• Familiar with automation tools and automation concepts with knowledge of tools such as Selenium and TOSCA
• Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques, and tools
• Good vendor management skills and be able to stay firm to ensure project quality are met with excellent communication (spoken and written) skills
• Strong domain in Consumer and Corporate applications are required

Requirements
