About Us
Murdoch Singapore Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Murdoch University, Perth Australia established to support its partners and students in Singapore. Murdoch Singapore has more than 4000 students enrolled in a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.
Our Singapore office is centrally located, providing convenient access to the heart of the city. As a Student Services Assistant, you'll become part of a dedicated and expanding team of full-time administrative and academic professionals.
The Role
In this role, you will support the Student Services Manager in providing a comprehensive range of services to transnational education students. Your key duties will include processing and assessing admission applications, as well as managing student enrolments from our transnational partners in Singapore and Dubai. All responsibilities will be carried out in alignment with the guidelines set by International Admissions and University policies
What you’ll bring to this role
· Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education/training and relevant experience.
· Knowledge and understanding of relevant admissions policies, procedures and industry and regulatory knowledge for international student cohorts.
· Good organisational, time and workload management skills, including ability to gain in-depth practical knowledge in a short period of time, and ability to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines.
· Demonstrated analytical skills and computer literacy with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
· Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create, maintain and enhance relationships with students, staff and other stakeholders through constructive and collaborative interaction to achieve successful outcomes.
