RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end casework of clients from information gathering, assessment, case management, working with systems, case conferences to case closure.

Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. ATORG and APODDC operate centrally under the Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Sciences (CTE) division in National Cancer Centre Singapore.

Reporting to the Imaging Informatics Manager, the Executive Assistant will be part of the team that administers the daily operations of Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archival Communication System (PACS), EPIC NGEMR System and its components in the Diagnostic Imaging department. 2. Perform image amendment requests

The Program in Translational and Clinical Liver Cancer Research is a dynamic enterprise within the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) that conducts leading clinical and translational research in primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)). Nested within the program is the Secretariat of the Asia-Pacific Hepatocellular Carcinoma (AHCC) Trials Group. The incumbent shall be part of the Finance Shared Services (FSS), Sundry Billing team. The person shall be responsible for the following:

• Perform customers debt collections, including sending email reminders.
• Prepare fee collection report.
• Compute commission charges for Credit Card & PayLah payment.
• Perform bank charges posting and bank statement reconciliation.
• Perform computation of late fees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A Job Placement Executive is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for clients in open employment. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, which include Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist & Occupational Therapist, they provide career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions in assisting clients sustain their employment. A Job Placement Executive has to also work closely with their clients' caregivers, existing & potential employers as well as partners & stakeholders such as training providers, community case & social workers, training officers & other job coaches in jointly providing holistic job support to their clients for employment success & sustainability. The Job Placement Executive should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity, knowledge and drive to support & advocate for their clients with intellectual disability.

• Work with the Occupational Therapist to match clients to suitable jobs

• Diploma or Degree holder and/or with 2 years of relevant experience in the sector
• Qualification in Community Services, Disability Studies, Advanced Certificate in Supported Employment, Autism Studies

• Other Industrial / Vocational skill certificates, training & experience in ACTA/ACLP, Employment Law, Food Hygiene, HR, F&B, Hotels, Cleaning, Retail & Laundry will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

· Process customer’s orders/enquiries timely and accurately

Proposal Development:

• Support the end-to-end proposal process, including gathering and organizing content, writing, editing, formatting, and reviewing proposals.
• Ensure that proposals are compliant with client specifications and requirements, including formatting, layout, and legal/contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Skills:

As a Fleet Executive in our ship management company, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions related to fleet operations. This position primarily involves assisting the crewing and purchasing departments and managing vessel and shore documentation. The ideal candidate will have to be detail-oriented and proficient in using Excel and other computer tools.

We are looking for a Manager with sufficient professional experience and stature to fulfill a specialist role that can contribute to the development of the clinical trial program within National Cancer Centre Singapore. The role will mainly assist our Clinical Trials Office to review and finalize contracts related to clinical trials for the Division of Clinical Trials & Epidemiological Sciences (CTE).

Main Duties:

• Assist to review clinical trial contracts and work closely with the SingHealth Legal Department to negotiate agreement terms with commercial sponsors, CROs, academic institutions or international trial groups.
• Assist in checking hard copy contract documents and obtaining signatures from the NCCS’s signatories.
• Keep track of agreement timelines and chase for replies if a party has not replied for the past two weeks.
• Supervise and provide advice to the executives of the Feasibility Team in NDA negotiation and to act as back-up for such review and negotiation during manpower shortage.
