Compensation and Benefits

· Process time attendance listing submitted by respective Supervisors/HODs

· Verify overtime schedule

· Process petty cash claims of staff in accordance with entitlement

· Check data entry of staff leave entitlement through HRIS

Recruitment and Onboarding

· Assist in the recruitment of contract, temporary and junior staff

· Manage for card access system and issuance of staff access card to new joins

Staff Engagement

· Participate in planning and executing of staff engagement programmes, company events and other ad-hoc matters

General Administration

· Verification for access card rights & annual access cards rights review

· Monitor inventory of staff uniforms and issue in accordance with policy

Handle office administration including stationary

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Business Administration or relevant fields

About the Role:

• Work together with R&D, production & QA teams in scaling up of new food products from lab to production scale, including selection & validation of equipment & optimization of process & monitoring of output.
• Review and document formulations, product and packaging specifications and any process parameters that directly/indirectly affects the quality of products.
• Establish, review & disseminate relevant standard operating procedures to all staff.
• Liaise with R&D, quality & production team for out-of-spec situation/non-conformance/product complaints.
• Ensure the plant operation & environment are in compliance with industry standard.

About You:

• Degree in Food Technology or Diploma with work experience or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing environment. Talents from central kitchen will be prioritsed.
• Good knowledge of GMP/HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and committees to strengthen staff health and well-being framework and programmes to build a resilient workforce.
• Plan and curate appropriate training programs and materials to raise mental health literacy and awareness of staff.
• Conduct surveys to track/assess staff well-being/burnout/resilience status
• Share the findings, plan, and execute interventions with relevant parties based on the survey outcomes.
• Assist the manager in monitoring measurable outcomes of hospital employee well-being plans and initiatives for further review

• Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate to plan and promote well-being activities to encourage staff interaction & bonding among institutions

Job Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing employee's mental health, and physical and social well-being. Experience in attending the staff support helpline will be advantageous.
• Previous any crisis intervention training and mental health-related trainer’s certification will be advantageous.
• Strong proactive team player with excellent interpersonal, and communications skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
