Job Purpose:

The Event Executive supports the Event, Marketing and Business Development (EMBD) Manager with event-related matters which includes: events planning, coordination and implementation during events.

The EE reports directly to the EMBD Manager of the Singapore Canoe Federation (SCF). For all event-related decisions, the EE would need to seek approval from the EMBD Manager. For programmes, course and other administrative decisions, the EE would seek approval from the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in HR functions including recruitment process, payroll, staff orientation
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment functions including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and interview candidates.
• Managing work pass-related activities such as handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (CPF, Statutory contribution, IRAS)
• Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime process.
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate data, reports, and office administration.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support as assigned.

Position: Admin Assistant

Minimum Diploma in any fields.

7 Days Annual Leave, Medical Leave 14 Days

Working Hours: 9am -7pm Mon to Fri (1Hr 15 Mins lunch break)

Training will be provided.

Applicant needs to take calls, reply emails, assist in designing of rubber stamps, company stamp, namecard, flyers, stickers and poster design.

Handle namecards, flyers, stickers design, making of self ink rubber stamps.

Must be IT savvy.

Role & Responsibility

• To perform daily loading and unloading as well as scans/records all packages
• Picking and packing of goods, based on order sheets, for daily deliveries
• To verify and stack all incoming goods
• Liaising with internal customer service and external service providers/forwarders/drivers
• To assist the senior warehouse executive in the running daily functions, preparation of reports, inventory updating and maintenance housekeeping of the warehouse
• To maintain inventory control through an in-house system to ensure accuracy in the warehouse
• To ensure compliances with security and safety rules and regulations when moving the materials in the warehouse and production areas
• To participate in the continuous improvement programs

Requirements

• Relevant (warehouse) experience
• Knowledge of basic working English and Chinese
• Be able to work shift
• Able to fulfil physical tasks
• Physically fit
• Independent, fast learner with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
