• Data entry & filing work, daily receive and sort mail
• Issue purchase orders, record and keep track of delivery
• Arrange for courier collection & delivery
• Order and keep record for stationery
• Keep track of rental equipment
• Other Ad-Hoc assignments

Requirements

• Min. 'O' Levels / Diploma in any disciplines
• Have a good working attitude and willing to learn
• Meticulous, organized and process good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Is a team player and has initiatives
• Willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period and able to meet tight timeline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 5.5 days work week
