Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, allocate and set up facilities spaces such as functions rooms and lounges according to requirements
• Set up and oversee audio-visual (AV) requirements for courses and events
• Prepare consolidated facilities booking schedule for relevant departments to have a common understanding and overview of ongoing and upcoming courses and events
• Coordinate and administer rental of function rooms to external stakeholders
• Assist with the day-to-day operations, renewal of licenses and permits, and maintenance of the building, electrical and mechanical facilities and all other matters related to the maintenance management of the building
• Assist the Head of the Department with management reporting, including consolidation and preparation of monthly rooms utilisation report for internal charging
• Process invoices for payment to vendors and contractors
• Ensure members’ feedback is communicated and acted upon internally
• Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, operations or a similar role
• Good working attitude and able to work under minimum supervision
• A team player with good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisation skills
• Proactive, keen learner and customer-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and beyond regular hours when required
• Working knowledge of various audio-visual equipment and course delivery equipment, including lighting and fixtures, is a plus point

Job Description

• Keep abreast of market developments and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients and investors.

• Collaborate actively with the International Sales Department in Japan and be familiar with the properties available for sale.

• Prospect potential clients, advise suitable properties for their portfolio and work as a team to close deals.

• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking.

• Prepare presentations, proposals and updates for clients and HQ.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline from recognised institutions.

• Relevant sales experience in real estate would be advantageous.

• Manage work pass processes, including application, renewal, and cancellation, among other related tasks.
• Co-ordinate staff accommodation and related activities for foreign workers.
