The ideal candidate will support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all property engineering and maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations across all functions of the resort.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel or resort engineering operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems commonly found in hospitality properties.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Job Objectives:

Tasked with aiding the Security Manager in safeguarding properties and ensuring the well-being of guests, employees, and the hotel. Supervise all activities of security staff to ensure compliance and proper application of department regulations and hotel policies. Job Requirements

The Tax Manager/Tax Executive plays an essential role within the APAC Tax team, working with the Tax Managers on direct tax and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (“BEPS”) related compliance for the APAC region, as well as serving as a key liaison between the APAC Tax team and cross-functional business stakeholders on various global and regional tax projects.

Responsibilities: 

1. Corporate Tax Compliance and BEPS

• Prepare tax schedules and managing tax compliance reporting and payment deadlines and other related matters for approximately 30 entities within the APAC region, including working with external tax consultants and reviewing their deliverables.
• Prepare monthly tax provisions for Singapore entities.

· Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for Building Management System (BMS) on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.

· Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required.

· Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
