We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients in the F&B sector, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Non F&B industry but with B2B experience will be considered.

Job Descriptions:

- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the F&B industry, targeting key decision-makers and stakeholders such as restaurants, cafes, and food service providers.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities within the F&B sector.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and successful implementation of solutions in the F&B industry.

- Regularly monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and market insights within the F&B sector to sales management.

- Foster and nurture long-term relationships with F&B clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Stay updated on F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

SOURCING & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT  

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers

• Review pricings and process for all purchases across RC hotels.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to plan stock requirements and work out strategy to reduce out of stock situation and contingency plan
• Ensure approved purchase requisitions are timely with the creation of Purchase Orders for all Business units
• Leading the PO Team to ensure the reconciliation of Purchase Orders and Invoices to make sure prices and quantities are correct with Suppliers & assist if needed.
• Ensure the PO Team creation of Article Codes/Price Quote and Vendors details are updated accordingly in the system and assist if needed.
• Response swiftly to feedbacks/complaints/ no stock situation etc (from end users/suppliers/guest)
• Request for quotations as well as samples for evaluation
• Handle RFQ as well as RFP exercises for all categories of Supplies including Services
• Tabulating of Price Summary and recommendation of award for various work streams that are assign to
• Assist in report analysis in preparation for new work stream

• Ensure forms and documents are properly filled for all Procurement processes
• Follow up closely on outstanding Purchase Orders that are long overdue and if needed for cancellation

• Ensure Suppliers that works with the hotels are Food Safety compliances
• Ensure Suppliers approved Vendors are SFA approved & meet the grade criteria
• Ensure all food/beverage licenses and certificates approved by authorities are valid

COST MANAGEMENT

• Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service.
• Analyze spending patterns and identify areas for potential savings or optimization
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes related to procurement activities.

COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Assist in conducting periodic reviews and audits to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Supervises the upkeep of the entire hotel premises to maintain an immaculate and luxurious state according to Raffles Hotel Singapore standards. Priority and full attention is given for VIP suites or events.
• Ensures the smooth operations of all Housekeeping sections by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issued by Raffles Hotel Singapore.

• Establishes the foundations of Housekeeping operations through detailed planning of work and maintenance schedules, supervision of the team and proper organisation and delegation of duties.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRAGEGY SUPPORT 

• Support the Hotel Management and Executive Director of Revenue Management to develop and maintain the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods through cooperation with sales & marketing team and optimal use of revenue management systems and channels. 

REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE 

• Analyze in detail the hotels results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR..). Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration…), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions with the Hotel GM.  Run scenarios to determine optimized actions for contracts and business mix changes 

• Perform both high level and by day forecast for both hotels and manage the forecast adjustments, uploading and reporting through Accor systems.  

PRICING, PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION OPTIMISATION 

• Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel turnover. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), group quotation, distribution channels... Ensure that these recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are updated accordingly.  

PMS/CRS MANAGEMENT & OPIMISATION 

• Maintain and optimize reservation systems including Opera Cloud and TARS with accurate tracking and delivery of rates to all distribution channels. 

REVPRO CULTURE 

• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spreaded in the hotel, through the animation of weekly Revpro meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams  

TEAM DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH 

• Provide coaching and development for the Revenue Management team to support career progression and growth. 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Pricing and distribution loading across all systems and tools 

• Cover responsibilities for the Executive Director of Revenue Management when out of the office 

• All other duties as required 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement competitive strategies to achieve substantial growth in the sales and market shares;
• Identify new and emerging opportunities in the market and strategically tap them to promote a new product line;
• Compile market intelligence such as competitors’ pricing, new product launches and competing activities as well as information on new players;
• Establish and manage clientele base and maintain a good working relationships with customers (eg. developers, architects, contractors, etc);
• Work with architects in setting specifications for both commercial and residential projects;

The duties of a Healthcare Assistant are:
