Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end planning and execution of graduate courses timetabling and enrolment at the University level.
• Manages course enrolment schedules and instructions, and safeguards the integrity and fairness of the system.
• Monitors the accurate and prompt maintenance of registration records of students.
• Manages course enrolment metrics and data generation.
• Reviews common teaching facilities allocation and manages common teaching facilities bookings.
• Assists the Assistant Director in continuously reviewing processes and policies for improvements and greater efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University.
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in academic services in the tertiary education sector.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL query language would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
