We are currently looking for a Shared Services Accounts Executive, who will be responsible for Accounts Receivables.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounts receivable function
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit note & credit Note, rebate
• Monitor and update collections and outstanding balances
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth billing and payment process
• Generate and send Statement of account
• Handle customers’ inquiries.
• Generate AR aging analysis report.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation.
• Support IT-related and Finance automation projects
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year of Accounts Receivables working experience
• Familiar with SAP and e-banking platforms will be advantageous
• Experience working with Financial shared services will be advantageous

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, loading, and unloading of containers that are sent to the warehouse in an accurate manner.

He/She may also operate heavy machinery or drive equipment in the warehouse.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure customers cargo are picked promptly and accurately to support daily warehouse operations

• Cargo receiving and acknowledgement

• Cargo issuing Daily for deliveries

• Unstuffing Cargo to Rack and Shelves

• Loading and Unloading of Containers

• Report all discrepancies in shipment arrival for updates and claim procedures after tallying of parts upon receipt functions

• Quality checking of Products

• Inventory check including daily cycle count and annual stock count

• Repacking and Labelling of Goods

• Maintain and Improve placement of good in warehouse

• Responsible of maintaining warehouse cleanliness and tidiness

• Drive and Maintain Forklift

• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum complete N / O Level

• Able to operate forklift

• Ability to drive reach truck an added advantage

• Ability to perform multi tasking under fast-paced environment

• Abiltiy to carry up to 25Kg

• 5.25days’ work week. 8:00am to 5:30pm (Mon-Thur), 8:00am to 5:00pm (Fri), 8:00am-12:30pm (Alternate Sat)

• Expected to work after official working hours on Saturday if there is any site visit scheduled

As a Senior Executive, Workforce development, He/She is involved in initiatives related to upskilling of the company’s workforce or branding of the company through various external events/avenues. He/She assist the team with various stakeholders’ engagement initiatives and contributes ideas to strengthen the company’s network and relationship with strategic partners to achieve synergy in ensuring the workforce be future ready and competent in competencies
related to their job roles referencing closely to the Skills framework.

The Senior Executive – Workforce Development is a team player and possesses a deep passion for developing organisational and people capabilities and has strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver work outcomes. The Senior Executive – Workforce Development requires problem-solving skills and is able to manage priorities and address multi-faceted issues effectively. Learning and Development - Support the team in Learning and development programmes to equip people with the right
capabilities and prepare them well for the work they are assigned to perform.

• Assist in the Coordination with stakeholders to seek clarity on learning and development strategies based on organisation’s current and future business and skill requirements.
• Support the team in managing the financial budget for learning and development to enable current and future business strategy and objectives.

Workforce Development - Support the Development / set up (structure, people, process, and system) to deliver its vision, mission, strategy and plans in an effective and efficient manner.

• Assist the Manager, Workforce Development to execute learning development initiative to prepare the organisation to respond to organisational changes.
• Contribute to team’s effort in recommending learning and development interventions to meet business strategy, needs and goals.
• Conduct training/Support Subject matter experts in learning and development model that addresses all training and development needs.

Analytics and Insights - Leverage on data analytic tools and analytical techniques to create management information,

business insights, and projections for HR training purposes.

• Derive insights from data-based platforms like JobKred and Qualtrics through use of statistical analysis tools to support recommendations/intervention of workforce development related
  issues,

Relationships and Communication - Support the team in managing relationships with people and communicate with impact and empathy so as to carry out the functional role of HR effectively.

• Assist in recommending HR training and development strategies using clear language that engages others in the view of the future.
• Overcome resistance, objections and conflicts during conversations in a firm, respectful and empathetic manner.
• Support the team’s effort to establish relationships with leaders to build trust and understand their needs.

Leverage on Skills framework and National Policies and Initiatives to achieve workforce development excellence across company.

• Execute Learning Development strategy with guidance from Manager, Workforce Development in accordance with Skills Framework components.

• To perform all day-to-day accounts receivable transactions such as invoicing and receipt, including reliably and accurately verifying, sorting, calculating, posting and recording of the data.
• To carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines and ensure compliance.
• To ensure reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger
• To monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• To maintain accounts receivable customer master data
• Check and verify the accuracy of all invoices and claims for payments including reimbursement for staff expenses
• Quarterly GST prepartion and submission to IRAS
• HR duties - Application for MOM, application, renewal
• Insurance - Sourcing and maintenance of Insurance contract
• Documents and contract vetting
• Administrative duties : Monthly stock take of inventories and equipments
• Payroll duties and OT computations
• Co-ordination with operation team on OT matters, leave, reimbursements
• Attend customers dispute matters even during weekends or holidays
• To do month-end closing and other ad-hoc duties
• Prepare monthly management report with profit and loss in detail to hit the KPI
• Weekend duties have to be fulfilled (minimum 3 weekends)
• Able to work and communicate with migrant workers
