• Communicate and work closely with lawyers and speakers to make logistical arrangements for in-house and external events and ensure smooth delivery of high quality training and client events
• Handle general enquiries and registration for events details

• Collaborate with universities and external partners to conduct joint projects and events
• Familiar with the training schemes and incentives available for lawyers and staff, including SILE CPD Requirements and WSQ/WDA schemes

Job Descriptions

Process Purchase Orders: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, confirm orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations.
Data Entry: Accurately enter purchase order information into the procurement system and maintain up-to-date records.
Invoice Processing: Verify and reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
Vendor Management: Assist in evaluating vendor performance, maintaining good relationships, and updating vendor databases.

In this role, you will be focusing on both content marketing and performance marketing strategies for a well-rounded marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities for this 6 months contract:

Content Marketing (40%)

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with foptics' brand and objectives for foptics’s growth.
• Work with in-house creative designer to conceptualise high-quality and engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, email marketing, and more to reach audience across platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify relevant topics, trends, and target audience preferences to be relevant to target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation, relaying information as one company.
• Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery to be the optical brand at top of mind.
• Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics from various social media platforms and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise marketing efforts.
• Manage social media platforms, including community management and influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement so as to be the brand that is with our customers

Performance Marketing (40%)

• Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to make the best out of content created.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets. Conduct A/B testing and data-driven analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates to know what works and what doesn’t.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies for career and skillset growth.
• Collaborate with the Creative Designer to design and create compelling ad creatives and landing pages to launch new products and services which will help more people in getting better services, products and vision.

Promotional Marketing (20%)

• Develop, plan, and execute advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, collaborations and promotional events to uplift brand recognition and image.
• Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs and to have on-the-ground experience to craft even more relevant campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work independently as well as in a team.
