The Key Account Executive, Retail – FMCG, is part of our Sales team. • Oversee and implement process improvements and changes enabled by IT systems.
• Provide in-house support to Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs, and inquiries related to assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with global offices regarding sales-related inquiries and shipment monitoring and coordination are in line with account SOP setups.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and external customers in the requested format.
• Review, update, and maintain SOPs, quotations, and RFQ results for assigned accounts in server/systems.
• Provide feedback to the Operations team to ensure customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
• Develop and direct procedures for the effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team, while ensuring company policies are clearly communicated and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Help prepare GST submissions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Singapore tax regulations, including GST.

Job Scope:

Event Management

• Manage logistics for client

Student and Alumni liaison

• Draft email correspondences to alumni on alumni activities and events to communicate with students and alumni on activities and events
• Management of student Outreach and Alumni databases
• Communicate Work-Study Scheme processes to students

Vendor management

• Propose and source for vendor, event locations for suitable items as corporate gifts, marketing collaterals or sponsorship items for the Alumni Events, Student Club and external parties etc
• Communicate with vendors for scheduling appointments/enquiries, procurement and deliveries of items

Stock management

• Maintain the database of all physical corporate giveaways

EDM & General Marketing

• Perform general marketing activities including putting up electronic direct mail (EDM) using design software

General Administrative Duties

• General administrative support, notwithstanding the arrangement of appointments, preparation of letters, scheduling of courses, processing of payments, in relation to Alumni and related programs

Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Kent Ridge

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays (8.30am to 5.45pm)
• Fridays (8.30am to 5.15pm)

Salary: $3200 - $3700/Month

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holders with 2-3 years of relevant admin, with some digital marketing and/or events experience
2. Familiarity with Sitefinity CMS, WordPress
