Responsibilities:

As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 and FSSC regulations in our central kitchen and 20 supermarket counters. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance Management:

• Oversee and implement food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO22000 and FSSC standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

3. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs for staff at the central kitchen and supermarket counters on food safety protocols and best practices.
• Keep the team informed about updates in food safety regulations and industry trends.

4. Incident Response:

• Establish and implement effective procedures for handling food safety incidents and recalls.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any breaches of food safety standards and recommend corrective actions.

5. Supplier and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials used in our production processes.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on established criteria.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ISO22000 / FSSC standards.
• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

• HR Operations: Maintenance of employees' data, preparation of employment documents, employee disciplinary matters, employees' queries, management of full set of work passes in construction sector and preparation of weekly/monthly HR reports (Info-Tech Software)
• Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Learning and Development: Work with department heads to arrange employees for training (CSOC, BCSS, Work at Height and etc.)
• Claim Management: Submission of necessary claims, including but not limited to insurance, work injury and statutory claims
• Compensation and Benefits: Preparation of salary proposals, support the annual appraisal process
• Employee Engagement: Plan and organise employee engagement activities and/or events.
• Payroll: Manage payroll process (Using Info-tech System), preparation of payroll reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job responsibilities:

• Able to handle Full Sets of Accounts but you will be responsible for partial accounting either in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
• Assist in month-end closing and year-end statutory audits and all accounts-related matters
• Handle HR-related matters
• To perform Administrative/Ad-hoc duties and support the teams when assigned tasks

Job requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Accounting and have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounts and hr releated field. Fresh Graduates with relevant degrees will be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Able to carry out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work on Alternate Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Main duties:

• Plan, schedule and convert orders for production
• Perform material check for all new orders as well as orders before releasing to production
• Ensure enough orders are planned to optimize production
• Resolve issues related to orders by working with purchasers, quality, production and order management
• Support interdivision and intercompany material transfers,
• Support substitution of materials, formula change request; conditional pass with quality
• Execute and monitor material pull back from third party warehouse
• Call off material from distributor to optimize inventory level
• Analyze excess material to determine opportunities for improvement
• Produce weekly, monthly status reports

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in production/material planning
• Expertise in MRP/ERP with SAP
• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration
• Possess excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical skills, result oriented and self-motivated
• A good team player
