STG is a traditional investment company managing a sizeable asset base together with our Swiss counterpart for the benefit of our Principal. We are currently seeking a discrete, proactive and diligent addition to our Singapore-based family office to oversee finance, compliance, and risk management.
Job Summary:
The Head of Finance, Compliance, and Risk will be responsible for leading the integration of financial management, regulatory compliance, and risk management within our family office. This role ensures operations align with legal standards and support organizational stability and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal & Compliance: Serve as the principal point of contact with regulators, oversee the documentation of policies and manuals, manage contracts and agreements, ensure timely regulatory submissions, and conduct regular reviews and updates of policies.
Finance & Treasury: Oversee financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax optimization. Propose and oversee investment structuring in compliance with regulatory standards.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to operations and market conditions. Perform annual risk reviews and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external auditors, legal counsel, and strategic service providers, ensuring compliance and effective partnership management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in finance, compliance, and risk management, ideally within a family office or financial institution.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
