- Manages the administrative aspects of a construction project

- Communicate and work closely with customers, sub-contractors, 3rd Party service providers.

- Liaise with internal and external supplier for quotation, ordering & arranging of goods delivery

- Required to do site visit with project manager

Job requirement:

- Diploma in building, Facilities management, civil engineering or equivalent certification preferred

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Project Administration for construction, design or building industry or property / facility management.

- Should be highly driven and independent; possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge in Auto-cad is an added advantage

Occasional half day work on Saturday is required (on an average of once in 3 months’ time)

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong administration support to cleaning operations team
• Timely data updates and transactions
• Filing, maintaining and updating of administrative / maintenance/projects records.
• Administrative support including calls, faxes and emails.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in the cleaning/ estate management and facilities management will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma

• Address customer needs in a professional and timely manner to ensure that the vehicle turnaround time aligns with established guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and offer expert recommendations for necessary repairs, body and paint work, or servicing, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards and guidelines.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in the workshop, emphasizing efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a secure working environment for all staff and visitors.
• Support the Immediate Superior in handling initial levels of complaint cases, including meeting with customers, generating and assisting in inventory management, backorders, and overseeing tools and workshop equipment.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of service quality.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in workshop environment / service operation in automotive industry.
• Proactive and independent with positive attitude.
• Class 3 license is a MUST
