• Record training sessions and maintain training documentation.
• Handle the application of government grants, such as the SFEC, for training reimbursement where applicable.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Continuously improve onboarding materials and processes to ensure clarity.
• Work with department heads to develop customised work plans for each new employee.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing relevant documentation.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and company outings.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture by implementing creative engagement initiatives that promote teamwork and employee well-being.

Payroll Administration

• Process payroll for part-time teachers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Education sector.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Process vendor invoices and payment
• Process staff claims
• Preparation of monthly journal
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Monitor and review GRIR accruals to ensure that supplier invoices are promptly accounted.
• Review of Supplier Statement of Account to ensure that there are no long overdue accounts.
• Liaison with suppliers and inter-department personnel to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4 Hana system will be an advantage

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including significant experience in financial or statutory auditing roles.

• CA/CPA certification, with a strong preference for candidates who are fully qualified.

• Expert knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a keen ability to manage and report financial data effectively.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
