• Support Payments’ regulated entities in matters related to regulatory compliance in the fields of privacy, consumer protection, information security, technology, and data protection.

Skill/Experience/Education

4+ years experience as a Database Developer specifically in implementing ETL packagescandidates must have to be considered for the role (ex. 3+ years experience writing SQL code) Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. The company main activities are in research and development (R&D) of consumer healthcare products, intellectual property (IP) holder (trademarks, patents and formularies), regulatory affairs (RA), technical compliance and business development in licensing the IP.

In view of the business expansion, we are looking for assistant manager/manager who has Quality Management/Product Innovation & Development (PID) experience to join our team :

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist to work along with internal and external units towards achieving common strategic technical goals.

· Develop, implement, and promote quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards (cGMP, GDP, IFRA, etc).

· Develop, implement and enforce compliance standards and quality governance programs including regular audit / random checks / data analysis on contract manufacturing sites and ensure proper post-audit follow-up actions.

· Liaise with contract manufacturing sites to establish quality requirements, address issues and provide guidance on solutions and issue resolution.

· Manage harmonization of quality control standards of raw materials, packaging material and finished goods across manufacturing sites.

· Support certification audits with regulatory agencies and certification process across the region (US FDA, Health Canada, TGA, etc).

· Provide support in working with the business units on product innovation and development (PID) requirements, review and evaluate together with the technical team on the regulatory aspect/product concept/formulation/data analysis.

· Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

· Possess a good degree in pharmacy, bioscience/applied chemistry or equivalent from established university.

· At least 3 years of manufacturing related experience (e.g. production / quality assurance / quality control) preferably in the pharmaceutical line or related industry.

· Knowledge of quality procedures and guidelines in Asia Pacific countries is preferred. Additional knowledge of US FDA, EMA and ICH quality framework is an advantage.

· Good documentation and project management skill.

· Communicate openly with all stakeholders, embrace diversity of thoughts, create trustful relationships, lead and collaborate with willingness, fairness and integrity.

· Familiar with risk management tools/principles.

· Some exposure in PID and/or legal agreement matter is an advantage.

· Other core competencies i.e. good interpersonal skills, effective influencing, decision making and problem-solving skills, time management and result-driven.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for MEP Design, taking off BOQ, sourcing the quotation and prepare quotation.

· Attend and site visit for tender briefing.

· Interpretation of tender specifications, client requirement, drawings and any other relevant documents

· Understand how to do MEP design to comply with Singapore Standard

· Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation

· Able to assist client for Value Engineering

· Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations

· Demonstrate effective communication and consultative skills

· Strong planning, organisational and supervision skills, communication and team player

Requirements:

· Preferably hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

· 8 -10 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fitting Out M&E Works

· MUST know how to prepare M&E technical design, technical write-up, prepare tender specifications and presentation slide for tender interviews

· MUST understand the process of tender preparation and submission

· MUST have experience in project costing and estimating

· MUST know BCA Green Mark Requirement

· MUST know Dialux or Lighting Simulation Software

· Strong in Tender Presentation Skill

· Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity

· Well-versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words, Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements

The role will report into the CFO who is based in Middle East and is mainly responsible for the financial control of the entity in Singapore and its subsidiaries. The focus areas are Financial Control and Financial Transactions. These are vital to the success of the business, with process improvement, automation and system investment on the agenda. The role will have direct reports in the Financial Control are in Singapore and indirect reports in the Middle East and India, as well as strong collaboration with the regional Commercial Finance / FP&A team.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Oversee the regional responsibility for the financial matters relating to financial and management reporting, consolidation of group accounts, taxation and ad-hoc reports as required by group Headquarters

• Oversee the process for financial reporting and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Lead the Company’s Statutory and IFRS audit

• Review and improve current Risk Management processes in place with local senior management

• Responsible for cashflow matters, treasury cash management and credit control

• Effective tax planning and structuring for the region

• Responsible for risk assessment of proposals and contract terms and conditions including negotiation / resolutions of commercial contract disputes

• Review and process Non-Disclosure Agreements and other types of cooperative business arrangements when requested. Ensure legal documents are completed and signed (excluding job projects)

The Assistant Banquet Operations Manager assists the Banquet Operations Manager in supervising the overall operation, ensuring that service provided meets and exceeds guest’s expectation. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

• Assist the Banquet Operations Manager to plan, organize and control the Banquet functions held within and outside the Hotel.
• From the Banquet Event Order, he contacts the Executives involved to ensure that such Banquet Preparation are being made and expedite such guests requirements.
• Attends and supervises all functions held within the Hotel.
• Briefs the Banqueting staff on the requirements of each function as stated in the Event Order and checks on such preparations to ensure that all requirements are conformed with.
• Liaise with the client in any special requirements and handles any complaints that are directed to him.
• Supervises and coordinates in liaison with the Banquet Operations Manager, Executive Chef and Catering Sales Manager on the events setups and beverage arrangement.
• Assists the Banquet Operations Manager in the preparation of Inspection Checklists, Department Reports and other reports that are so requested from time to time.
• Attends the daily F&B briefing chaired by the Director of Food and Beverage in the absence of the Banquet Operations Manager.

1. More than 3 years of work experience in cleaning service company CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER or Manager;

2. Singapore citizen or Singapore PR is preferred;

3. Willing to work in shifts, night shifts, and mobile locations, where the work place is not fixed;

4. Cooperate with the company to arrange overtime work, and if the cleaners are absent, they must work on the job of cleaners, arrange and manage the jobs of cleaners;

5. Go to each customer's cleaning site to perform cleaning and sanitation management; customer service complaints, new market development, and other tasks assigned by the boss.

6. The salary is between $2350-4600 SGD, working six days a week, one day off a week, and willing to cooperate with overtime and rotating work.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project. Oversee and coordinate the work with the relevant departments to ensure the progress site work meets the project schedule, cost controls, documents controls quality assurance and safety requirements are compliance with contract specifications. Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule. Monitor and report to Project Manager about project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions. Oversee the construction and commissioning of the works, including processing claims such as progress payments, variations, and requests for extension of time. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML monitoring/review on Trade post-transaction files.
• Review/investigate Trade manual screening alerts and red flag escalated by trade processing team for potential sanction violations in accordance with SMBC policies.
• Ensure that review and investigation conclusions are adequately and properly documented for regulatory/audit level review.
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data as applicable
• Perform daily name screening alert clearance
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc and resolve issues including handling stakeholder’s complaints and escalating all issues to Group Head / Deputy Group Head promptly.

• Regular update of Procedures and Manuals to ensure the group operations is in accordance to SMBC policies, audit comments and in compliance to local as well as related overseas law and regulations
